Each raffle entry is $60, and you enter as many as you like now through December 9. The winner's name will be announced on December 9 at our Greater Sioux Falls Chamber Holiday Mixer, and just in time for Christmas!

OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility:

  1. Raffle is open to legal residents of South Dakota who are 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.
  2. Officers, board members, employees of DakotAbilities and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win.

Ticket Information:

  1. Tickets are $60 each.
  2. Each ticket purchased equals one entry in the raffle. There are no limitations on the number of raffle tickets sold to each individual purchaser or in total.
  3. Ticket sales begin September 18, 2025, and will end December 9, 2025.
  4. Tickets can be purchased by scanning the QR code above, or directly from DakotAbilities at 1116 S. 4th Ave, Sioux Falls, SD. Payment due at time of purchase.

Prize:

  1. The prize is one 14k white gold two-stone diamond pendant featuring two round diamonds with a total weight of 0.67ct. The pendant hangs from a 14k white gold diamond-cut cable chain that is 18 inches. The prize is generously donated by The Diamond Room By Spektor.

Drawing:

  1. The winning ticket will be drawn at DakotAbilities' Greater Sioux Falls Chamber Holiday Mixer at 1116 S. 4th Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD, 57105, on December 9, 2025. Mixer runs from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
  2. Ticket holder need not be present to win.
  3. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email, and the winner's name will be posted on the DakotAbilities' website and on DakotAbilities' Facebook and LinkedIn pages. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to publication of your name and likeness on websites and social media channels operated by DakotAbilities in the event you are selected as the raffle winner.

Odds of Winning:

  1. Odds depend on the total number of tickets sold.

Taxes and Fees:

  1. Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize.

General Conditions:

  1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules.
  2. Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
  3. The prize is not exchangeable for another item or cash value.
  4. All decisions made by DakotAbilities regarding the raffle are final.

  1. Raffle conducted in compliance with the laws of the State of South Dakota and regulations of the City of Sioux Falls.
