Career Opportunities at DakotAbilities:
Direct Support Professional: Provide individualized support to help people achieve personal goals in home and community settings. Assist with daily care, medications, documentation, and community participation while maintaining safety and compliance.
Lead Direct Support Professional: Support people while helping lead a team of Direct Support Professionals. Assist with training, scheduling, documentation, and daily operations while ensuring quality care and compliance.
Residential Manager: Manage the overall operation of residential homes to ensure high-quality, individualized services. Oversee staff, budgets, compliance, facilities, and individualized care in collaboration with families and agency leadership.
Day Manager: Oversee day program operations, including budgeting, staffing, training, and program planning to ensure meaningful, high-quality day services. Ensure a safe environment for individuals while leading and developing staff to maintain effective, compliant operations.
Service Coordinator: Coordinate and monitor implementation of Individualized Service Plans for adults with disabilities. Collaborate with individuals and their service plan teams to ensure compliance, quality services, and advocacy.
LPN/RN: Provide nursing care to support the health and safety of people. Perform medical exams and procedures, manage medications, medical coordination, documentation, and staff support in compliance with nursing standards.
Office Administration: Support organizational operations across administrative, financial, technical, and leadership functions. Contribute to efficient workflows, staff support, and overall organizational success.
