Mary Moller Wins February "Living the Mission" Award

The monthly "Living the Mission" award encourages employees to nominate their peers for demonstrating a work ethic that reflects our core values and our mission of creating a warm and welcoming community enriching the lives of those we support. The February "Living the Mission" winner is Mary Moller. Mary works in the accounting office, a wonderful example of how everyone at DakotAbilities has an impact on the lives of people supported.

Here is what Mary's nominator had to say about her:

"I witness Mary do these things on a daily basis: 1. Taking time out to visit with the individuals who come to see her every single day. She gives hugs, encouragement, and her time. 2. She values these relationships greatly and has a tight bond with certain individuals. 3. She celebrates people's achievements and genuinely cares about how their day is going. Mary has certain individuals who come to see her every day, and no matter how busy she is, she takes time to talk, bond, and see how they are doing. These people love and appreciate Mary so much! She has nothing but great things to say about the individuals we work with, and I know she loves her job here. Mary has been an inspiration to me, and because of her, I have started relationships and bonded with these individuals as well. I think she does an amazing job every day, making people feel special and cared for. True EMPATHY and COMPASSION!"

Congratulations, Mary, and to all February nominees: Shelly Eaglehorse, Billie Kester, Jamie Keldenich, Tasha Alic, Harley Nagy, Amber Curiel, and Chad Davis. Thank you for going above and beyond each day for the people we support.
