Kortney Jepsen Wins July "Living The Mission" Award

DakotAbilities' "Living The Mission" award is given to one employee each month who demonstrates compassion and dedication and exemplifies our six core values, which are:

Employees are encouraged to nominate their peers for this recognition. Here is Kortney's nomination:

"Kortney is a great employee. She advocates and celebrates for, and with, any person supported, whether she is on their team or not. She talks to the individuals with kindness and respect, as well as being a team player with staff. She is always trying to find new ways to solve situations and tries to be proactive rather than reactive if she can. She is a joy to work with as she treats staff with respect as well. You can really tell that she cares about the people we work with by the way she jokes, meets their needs, and even redirects them. She does it with kindness and a positive attitude."
